In general, most families with children sign up reoccurring for bi-weekly services.
A routine standard cleaning includes:
Dusting
Wiping down furniture surfaces and mirrors
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen – taking out the trash and wiping surfaces.
Tidying up the house
Sweeping, cleaning, or mopping floors
Wiping surfaces including appliances and fixtures
Cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms – bath, toilet, sinks, mirrors.
Deep Cleaning
A deep cleaning is designed to go one step above a standard cleaning. Deep cleanings focus on removing the grime and dirt in those hard-to- reach places.
We recommend a deep cleaning to clients who hasn’t had their home professionally cleaned in a while.
A deep cleaning includes:
All items listed under the standard cleaning PLUS
Wet wiped baseboards
Cleaning the windows (interior), windowsills and ledges.
Cleaning lighting fixtures
Ceiling fans are dusted and wiped down.
Wipe down outside surface of the kitchen cabinets.
Dusting and cleaning the blinds.
Spot clean doors and walls (wall washing it’s a project on its own 😉)
Short-term / Vacation Rental Cleaning

Post Construction Cleaning
Post construction cleanings are no ordinary task. But it does take 2–3day to be complete. Post construction cleaning refers to a thorough cleaning of every fixture and surface in the house to remove grime and dust residue after construction and/renovation.
